WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

*These are only suggestions, please don't go out and purchase these items unless you choose to do so! Workouts can be completed using only your body weight and/ or things around the house. Creativity is the fun part!

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR TRAINER AT A GYM?

With fitness changing so frequently, I have evolved my training style to accommodate the needs of all walks of life. I am currently an evolving gym, so I do not have a big box setting for workouts. I work much harder to meet the needs of clients by  hosting classes at my home, traveling to them at their home or local park, and now I'm excited to offer virtual sessions! Due to the way the world looks at the moment, I am able to be quick on my feet when it comes to programming. I deliver efficient and affective workouts without having to step foot into a gym or fitness club.

WHAT TYPES OF CLIENTS HAVE YOU WORKED WITH?

I have had the pleasure of working with all ages and specific needs. I've worked with young athletes for sports specific exercise, and I have also worked with the more seasoned age group catering to activities of daily life. I have trained individuals with physical limitations including but not limited to knee, back, shoulder & hip injuries, Parkinson's, MS, Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroidism, and more. I do not mind admitting that I often have to research before I work with someone, but only because I want to deliver exceptional service!
